The most important aspect to fulfill is the quality aspect, where drinking water can directly affect public health. This study aims to determine the factors related to bacteriology in DAMIU in the Work Area of the Ogan Komering Ulu District Health Office in 2021. The research design used was cross-sectional. This research was conducted in the area of the Health Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in June - July 2021. The population in this study was all DAMIU in the Work Area of the Health Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency with a sample of 60 DAMIU. This study shows that there is bacteriological quality in DAMIU, there are 63.3% positive and 36.7% negative. Based on bivariate analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between the condition of the DAMIU processing process (p value = 0.000) and the bacteriological quality of DAMIU. The results of multivariate analysis showed no significant variables with bacteriological quality in DAMIU. The conclusion from these results, that there is a relationship with the bacteriological quality of DAMIU that meets the requirements is the DAMIU processing process (p value = 0.000) and what has no relationship is the condition of the DAMIU source (p value = 0.059), the condition of the DAMIU equipment (p value = 0.185), DAMIU worker hygiene condition (p value = 0.284), DAMIU place condition (p value = 0.691). Knowledge and attitudes of mothers during the post partum period are very important in order to avoid infection which results in long recovery from reproductive organs. During the postpartum period, a mother is very susceptible to infection. Infection as another important factor causing maternal death often occurs due to poor hygiene after childbirth that is not treated. Therefore, the cleanliness of the reproductive organs is very important to prevent infection. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers in caring for reproductive organs after childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic. this research method is descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the subjects of this study were 96 respondents. This research was conducted in July 2021. The results showed that of 96 respondents the knowledge about caring for reproductive organs during the pandemic was still not good, namely 71.76% (less than 76%) and for attitudes, it was found that respondents had positive behavior as much as 68.26%. The conclusion is the better the knowledge possessed by the mother about the treatment of reproductive organs, the better the action for disease prevention will be. Vice versa. This study used seven types of complementary therapy, but the most used for Odapus were only three types, namely exercise therapy in the form of walking and cycling, which are physical activities that can improve blood flow and reduce cytokines that can trigger inflammation. Sholat and Do’a, two types of spiritual therapy, provide psychological peace so that the body relaxes, Odapus is not stressed, and does not release corticosteroid hormones to prevent recurrence. The three traditional medical therapies are in the form of using herbs, which must be communicated with health workers because some herbs are immunostimulatory, so Odapus cannot be consumed, and there are herbs that have anti-inflammatory properties.
