Objective: This community service activity aims to increase the understanding of workplace spirituality for educators and education personnel in the school environment. This program is designed to foster an attitude of gratitude and an awareness that work is a meaningful calling to service.

Design/Methodology/Approach: This PkM was implemented at St. Yohanes Gabriel Catholic Junior High School in Blitar under the auspices of the St. Yohanes Gabriel Foundation, Representative Office of Blitar, Tulungagung, and Trenggalek. The method used was participatory training and mentoring through the Experiential Learning Cycle technique. The activity was carried out through preparation, game-based learning, application mentoring, and program evaluation.

Findings: The program evaluation demonstrated a significant impact on participants. All of participants were able to internalize the spirituality material, actively constructed meaning based on reflection on their experiences, and committed to truly implementing workplace spirituality values. Participants experienced a paradigm shift from viewing work routines as a burden to seeing a calling to service lived with joy and collaboration.

Practical Implications: Refreshing workplace spirituality is crucial for educators to face the complex challenges of Generation Alpha. Spiritual intelligence helps teachers develop greater patience, the ability to understand students without judgment, and model authentic character in the digital age.

Originality/Value: This program provides a model for strengthening educator character through the integration of spiritual intelligence and the concept of work as a calling. This experientially based approach has proven effective in changing work orientation and building an organizational culture of gratitude.

Purpose: Verbal bullying is frequently experienced by children and may adversely affect their psychological and physical well-being. This community service program was conducted to strengthen family communication as a preventive and protective mechanism against verbal bullying.

Method: Educational counselling on verbal bullying, its impacts, and preventive strategies was delivered to members of the Family Welfare Empowerment representing neighbourhood units in Pondok Labu, South Jakarta.

Findings: The activity indicated that open, empathetic, and supportive communication between parents and children may strengthen children’s resilience and facilitate the early identification of behavioural changes associated with bullying. Effective family communication may also reduce the risk of children becoming either victims or perpetrators of verbal bullying.

Practical Implications: Parents should be empowered as primary agents of bullying prevention. Community involvement at neighbourhood and village levels is also required to establish a child-friendly social environment that collectively rejects verbal violence.

Originality: The program extends bullying prevention beyond school-based psychoeducation by positioning the family as the primary setting for early intervention. Interpersonal communication competence within the family was emphasized as a protective mechanism against verbal bullying.

DIGITAL PAYMENTS AND BUDGETING AS STRATEGIC TOOLS FOR STRENGTHENING SMES IN CIKARANG PUSAT

Purpose: This community service program aimed to strengthen the managerial capacity of MSMEs in Central Cikarang through the integration of QRIS and business budgeting.

Design/Methodology/Approach: A participatory approach was applied through socialisation, training, field mentoring, pre-test and post-test evaluation, and follow-up coordination. Simplified budgeting and bookkeeping templates were used alongside the official QRIS registration platform.

Findings: Participants demonstrated improved understanding of digital payments, transaction recording, budget preparation, and the separation of personal and business finances. QRIS adoption and basic budgeting practices were also facilitated through direct assistance.

Practical Implications: The program may improve transaction efficiency, financial transparency, and the quality of business decision-making while supporting MSME digitalisation and financial inclusion.

Originality/Value: The program integrated digital payment adoption with financial management practices, enabling MSMEs to move beyond technology use toward stronger managerial discipline and business sustainability.

EKSPLORASI KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL SISWA PADA AKTIVITAS TALKSHOW PERFORMANCE DAN PENGEMBANGAN DESAIN FASAD GEDUNG SEMINARI MENENGAH ST. PAULUS PALEMBANG

Purpose: This community engagement programme aimed to strengthen students’ interpersonal intelligence through a talk show performance and collaborative guidance in developing the façade design of the Palembang Seminary Building.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The programme was conducted on May and involved students from a Syntax class. Interactive discussions, design mentoring, group work, observation, questionnaires, and reflective discussions were employed.

Findings: Active participation, improved idea expression, stronger collaboration, and greater confidence in group interaction were demonstrated. Basic principles of façade design, including aesthetics, function, building identity, and user comfort, were also understood. A preliminary façade design concept was produced collaboratively.

Practical Implications: Talk show-based learning combined with design mentoring can be applied to strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Originality/Value: Interpersonal intelligence development was integrated with a practical architectural design activity, enabling social and technical competencies to be developed simultaneously.

PSIKO EDUKASI UNTUK PENDAMPING ANAK DAN REMAJA KATOLIK DALAM MENGHADAPI GENERASI Z DI PAROKI SALIB SUCI TROPODO

Purpose: Facilitating Catholic children and adolescents presents specific challenges, particularly when effective relationships must be established with members of Generations Z and Alpha, who possess distinct developmental and behavioral characteristics. This program was conducted to enhance facilitators’ knowledge of child and adolescent psychology and strengthen their capacity to provide appropriate mentoring activities.

Design/Methodology/Approach: A psychoeducational program was delivered to Catholic children and adolescent facilitators. The program covered the developmental stages and characteristics of children and adolescents, communication approaches, and creative mentoring strategies. The activities were implemented through collaboration with facilitators responsible for Catholic children and adolescent ministry.

Findings: The program was attended participants. The results indicated an improvement in facilitators’ knowledge of child and adolescent development. Positive evaluations were also provided by the participants regarding the implementation, relevance, and usefulness of the program.

Practical Implications: The psychoeducational program improved facilitators’ understanding of appropriate interaction and communication methods for children and adolescents. Facilitators were also provided with practical insights into designing creative, developmentally appropriate, and engaging mentoring activities for Catholic children and adolescents.

Originality/Value: The program integrated knowledge of developmental psychology with practical mentoring innovations, including the development of learning materials from recycled materials and the appropriate use of digital devices to support mentoring activities.

PENDAMPINGAN PENYUSUNAN KPI KARYAWAN PADA KOPERASI BMT TRANS MEKAR SARI MANDIRI

Purpose: This community service program aimed to assist Koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri in developing an employee performance appraisal system based on key performance indicators, so that work evaluation could be conducted more objectively, measurably, and systematically documented.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The program was carried out through several stages, including socialization, training, the use of digital templates, technical tutorials, assistance in developing appraisal instruments, and evaluation of results. The program was implemented in six meetings and involved participants, consisting of cooperative board members and employees.

Findings: The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of the concept and development of key performance indicators. This was indicated by an increase in the average score f in the post-test. In addition, participants were able to formulate performance indicators, achievement targets, and appraisal worksheets according to their respective job functions.

Practical Implications: The results of this assistance program can be used as a basis for developing a more objective, transparent, consistent, and data-based performance appraisal system. The system can also help the cooperative document employee performance achievements and strengthen the basis for managerial decision making.

Originality/Value: This program produced a practical assistance model for developing key performance indicator-based performance appraisal in a village cooperative that had not yet implemented a structured and documented employee evaluation system.

MEMBANGUN MOTIVASI DAN SENSE OF COMMUNITY REMAJA PELAYAN ALTAR MELALUI MEDIA FILM EDUKATIF RELIGIUS

Purpose: This community service activity aimed to enhance the motivation and sense of community of adolescent altar servers while addressing the challenges of fluctuating service commitment and limited community attachment among youth in a church setting.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The project applied a participatory-reflective approach through the use of an educational-religious film. Activities included a film screening, guided group discussions, and individual written reflections conducted within the Altar Server Community of Hati Kudus Parish, Palembang.

Findings: The results showed that the activity helped participants internalize the meaning of service, develop empathy and responsibility, and strengthen their awareness of the importance of togetherness within the community. These outcomes indicate an initial improvement in motivation and social engagement among the adolescent altar servers.

Practical Implications: The findings suggest that film-based reflective activities can be practically implemented as an alternative method for youth faith formation and character development. This approach can support community mentors and church educators in creating more engaging and meaningful accompaniment programs for adolescents.

Originality/Value: This project highlights the innovative use of educational-religious film as a reflective medium to strengthen both individual motivation and communal bonds among adolescent altar servers, contributing a contextual and participatory model for community-based youth development.

PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI EDUKASI SMARTPHONE UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN ANAK

Purpose: This community service program was conducted to strengthen children’s knowledge and skills in using smartphones as educational tools. Digital literacy, responsible smartphone use, and independent learning through educational applications were emphasized.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The program was implemented at RPTRA Dwi Chandra Loka, Activities included educational counseling, demonstrations of educational applications, and hands-on practice. Materials covered access to reliable educational information, screen-time management, digital safety, and the use of smartphone features to support creativity and independent learning. Program implementation was evaluated through direct observation and interactive discussions to assess participant engagement and understanding.

Findings: Participants demonstrated active engagement throughout the activities. Observation and discussion results indicated that smartphones were increasingly understood as learning tools rather than solely as entertainment devices. Knowledge of safe, positive, and responsible smartphone use was also demonstrated, particularly in accessing educational content, managing usage time, and supporting independent learning.

Practical Implications: The program may be applied as a community-based approach to strengthening children’s digital literacy, learning motivation, and responsible technology use. Similar activities may be implemented in schools, community learning centers, and child-friendly public facilities.

Originality/Value: Digital literacy education was integrated with practical smartphone-based learning activities through an interactive and child-centered approach. An accessible model for promoting responsible technology use and supporting children’s digital learning experiences was provided.

PENGUATAN KAPASITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI PELATIHAN ERGO CHARACTER BUILDING PADA PT TRITA MUSI PERSADA

Purpose: This community service program was conducted to strengthen collaborative work culture, innovation capability, leadership, and teamwork at PT Trita Musi Persada through the implementation of the ERGO Character Building program based on Total Ergonomics.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The program was implemented through capacity development and participatory engagement approaches supported by appropriate technology, the SHIP framework Systemic, Holistic, Interdisciplinary, and Participatory, and experiential learning-based outbound activities. The implementation stages included needs identification, program preparation, training, outbound simulations, group assignments, and evaluation. The materials covered organizational ergonomics, effective communication, leadership, teamwork, innovation, and the formulation of SMART and ENASE-oriented work programs.

Findings: The evaluation results indicated improved participant understanding of organizational ergonomics and the principles of SMART and ENASE oriented work planning. Stronger communication, solidarity, leadership, and cross-divisional collaboration were also observed during the training and outbound simulations. Participants were able to formulate work programs and operational solutions directed toward efficiency, effectiveness, safety, comfort, and organizational productivity.

Practical Implications: The program may be applied as an organizational development approach for strengthening employee collaboration, leadership, innovation, and work effectiveness. Its participatory and experiential design may also be adapted by other organizations facing limited resources and increasing operational complexity.

Originality/Value: Total Ergonomics, the SHIP framework, and experiential character building activities were integrated into a single organizational development program. An applicable model was provided for strengthening ergonomic work culture, employee capability, and sustainable organizational productivity.
