The proceedings published on this Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform serve as an academic outlet for the dissemination of selected papers presented at the National Seminar on Management organized by Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas.

All accepted manuscripts are published in the seminar proceedings with a registered ISBN and are accessible for academic reference.

Selected papers may be considered for further development and submission to national accredited journals indexed in SINTA levels 3 to 6, subject to editorial assessment, journal scope alignment, and additional peer-review requirements.

The decision for journal submission eligibility remains under the authority of the respective journal editors. Authors are required to revise and expand their manuscripts in accordance with journal guidelines and publication ethics.
