Prosiding National Conference Management and Business

The National Seminar on Management is an academic conference organized by the Faculty of Business and Accounting, Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas. The conference is conducted as part of the institution’s commitment to academic dissemination, research development, and scholarly engagement in the fields of management, finance, accounting, and business studies.

The conference was first held in 2023 and has been implemented continuously since then. The initial editions focused on the theme “Managing Business Sustainability in a Changing Global Economic Landscape,” which addressed strategic challenges faced by organizations in response to global economic dynamics. These early editions resulted in formally published proceedings registered with ISBNs.

In 2024, the conference continued with an expanded thematic focus through “Innovation in Finance: Unleashing Growth Opportunities in a Dynamic Company Landscape,” reflecting the evolving academic interest in financial innovation, organizational growth, and adaptive business strategies.

Proceedings from each conference edition are published through this Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and serve as an archival record of scholarly contributions presented at the conference. The conference is designed as a continuing academic forum that supports knowledge exchange, research visibility, and the development of academic discourse within the national scholarly community.
