Abstract

In providing hospital services, quality and patient safety must be considered. Quality health services are services that have the characteristics of being safe, timely, efficient, effective, patient-oriented, fair and integrated so that patient satisfaction and efforts to improve public health status can be realized. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The population of this study were all patients who gave birth by cesarean section in the obstetric inpatient room. So the sample in this study were 53 respondents. This research was conducted in the Midwifery Inpatient Room of the Prabumulih City Hospital from May 17 to June 30, 2023. The results showed that those who did not comply with the implementation of the clinical pathway were known to have a p value of 0.000), tangibles were known to have a p value of 0.129, empathy was known the p value is 0.002, the reliability is known the p value is 0.011, the responsiveness variable is known the p value is 0.008, assurance is known the p value is 0.019, based on the results of the study it is suggested that the empathy aspect is expected to be maintained and improved in providing health services to patients in general and caesarean section patients in particular, Monitoring and evaluating compliance with clinical pathways in the Midwifery Inpatient Room of the Prabumulih City Hospital continuously by the quality committee.
