Early marriage is a social and public health problem that is still rampant, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. Adolescents are the most vulnerable group in the practice of early marriage. This occurs due to limited knowledge, access to information, and the influence of the social and cultural environment. The purpose of this literature review is to explore the factors that influence adolescents' knowledge level about early marriage through a scoping review approach with the PCC (Population, Concept, Context) framework, and the PRISMA method. Literature was obtained from Sciencedirect, PubMed, Scopus, and EBSCO databases, with publication years ranging from 2020 to 2025. The literature identification and selection process was conducted from March to April 2025, resulting in 5 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were used as samples in this study. The analysis showed that adolescents' knowledge level is influenced by age, education, social environment, cultural norms, exposure to educational technology and social media. This literature review highlights the importance of a multidimensional approach in improving adolescent literacy about early marriage and the need for further research that compares the contextually dominant factors in promoting overall adolescent knowledge.
