One of the factors that influence service delivery is the job satisfaction of health practitioners. In the Emergency Department of Bandung Kiwari Hospital, there has been no research related to job satisfaction of health practitioners even though collaboration is needed to provide synergized services. This study aims to identify the job satisfaction of health practitioners in the Emergency Department at Bandung Kiwari Hospital to avoid imbalances in service delivery due to differences in job satisfaction. The research method applied quantitative descriptive method with cross-sectional approach. The study population amounted to 88 people and the sampling technique used was quota sampling with 84 respondents. Data were collected using the McCloskey / Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS) instrument and the data were analyzed using frequency distribution and percentage and mean value calculations. The results showed that most (53.6%) health practitioners in the emergency room of Bandung Kiwari Hospital had a moderate level of job satisfaction. In nurse respondents, almost half (46.5%) were at a good level, most midwife respondents (64.7%) had a fairly satisfied level and most doctor respondents (66.7%) were quite satisfied. Based on the dimensions of job satisfaction, the dimensions of coworkers and interactions are at the highest level of satisfaction while extrinsic rewards and scheduling are at the lowest satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that the job satisfaction of most health practitioners is at a moderate level
