adolescent girls. These young individuals face a variety of health challenges, including reproductive health issues, nutritional problems, and mental health concerns, all of which can significantly impact their quality of life if not addressed comprehensively. As digital technology continues to evolve, it has brought substantial transformation to the delivery of community health services. This study aims to review literature related to the use of digital technology and innovation in community nursing focused on improving the health of adolescent girls. The method used is a literature review of 20 scientific articles published between 2018 and 2024, obtained from reputable databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and ProQuest. Article collection was conducted from February to March 2025. The findings indicate that digital technologies, including mobile health applications, telemedicine services, and social media platforms, have enhanced access to health information, empowered self-care practices, and facilitated health monitoring among adolescent girls. These technologies have proven effective in promoting healthy behaviors and improving health literacy. However, challenges remain in their implementation, including limited digital literacy, unequal access to devices and internet, and concerns regarding privacy and data security. The study concludes that digital technology can serve as an innovative solution to enhance the effectiveness of community nursing services tailored to adolescent girls. Nevertheless, its application must be supported by efforts to improve digital literacy, provide continuous education, and develop data protection policies to ensure inclusive and sustainable healthcare delivery
