The first thousand days in a child's life is a critical period that will determine his future. During this period, Indonesian children faced serious disturbances in their growth and development due to stunting. Stunting is a child's height that is not in accordance with his age, has a short posture. The Indonesian Ministry of Health announced the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) where the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022. This research is a quasi-experimental study designed with the One Group Pretest and Posttest design, and examines 20 people as samples. Through research, the results were obtained: in the experimental group, the increase in height reached 3.550 cm, where the average height was 71.4 cm; and the results of the analysis used the t-dependent test with a 95% confidence level, showing a Sig value (2- tailed) <0.05 which means that there is an effect of giving anchovy biscuits on increasing the height of infants aged 6-24 months. It is hoped that UPTD Simpang Kiri Community Health center utilizes anchovies, processed into biscuits, to increase the height of infants aged 6-24 months.
