The integration of spirituality in nursing, particularly to improve the psychological well-being of the elderly, is a field that is developing in line with holistic care. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach to explore the subjective experiences of the elderly regarding the role of spirituality in improving their psychological well-being and life satisfaction. The study was conducted with 6 elderly individuals and 1 key informant at PW Titian Benteng Gading Cihanjuang in Bandung Barat District. The findings were based on in-depth interviews with the elderly individuals and the care home staff. The analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify themes and subthemes that represent the spiritual experiences and well-being of the elderly in the care home. Three main themes were identified: Theme 1: Spirituality as a Source of Well-being for the Elderly with 5 subthemes, Theme 2: Orderly Life and Social Balance in the Home with 3 subthemes, and Theme 3: Self-Acceptance and Gratitude in Old Age with 2 subthemes, reinforced by key quotes from participants. The conclusion of this study is that the spiritual well-being of the elderly is closely related to activities that bring them closer to God, which directly contribute to increased life expectancy, quality of life, and overall life satisfaction. The recommendation is that enjoyable experiences and a regular life in the nursing home should always be lived with joy and togetherness among the elderly to be continuously improved.
