Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of global death, and their management in Indonesia is supported by the My Healthy Indonesia Application (ASIK). However, the success factors for ASIK implementation in primary healthcare facilities still need to be studied. This quantitative cross-sectional study aims to analyze factors influencing the success of ASIK use in managing NCDs in Medan City. The study was conducted from August 2025 to February 2026 in the Medan City Health Office, involving a total population of 82 NCD data recorders and reporters across all community health centers (Puskesmas). Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate logistic regression. The results showed that network quality, information quality, service quality, system utilization, individual factors, and organizational factors had a statistically significant effect on the success of the ASIK application (p<0.05). Through multivariate analysis, information quality was identified as the most dominant determinant of success (p=0.009; Exp(B)=13.950). It was concluded that these six factors significantly influenced the success of the ASIK application for NCD management. Therefore, the Medan City Health Office is advised to prioritize the provision of stable internet infrastructure, adequate hardware, and a structured information quality assurance mechanism to ensure optimal and sustainable system implementation across all regional community health centers.
