Breast cancer is one of the types of cancer with the highest incidence rate in women in the world. This study aims to determine the effect of health education about breast self-examination (BSE) simultaneously on the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of young women. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were young women with a sample of 30 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to measure the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of respondents before and after being given health education about BSE. Data analysis was carried out using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and actions of young women after being given health education about BSE. The results of statistical tests showed a significant effect of health education on the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of young women with a p-value <0.05. The conclusion is that health education about breast self-examination (BSE) has an effect on increasing the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of young women in conducting early detection of breast cancer. It is recommended that health education regarding BSE can be carried out continuously in the school environment as an effort to increase awareness of adolescent girls in maintaining reproductive health
