School Health Efforts (UKS) are a way in which education and health programs are combined to foster healthy behavior as a primary factor in life. Health-oriented schools, where schools are not only a place for learning activities, but also as a means for forming healthy living behaviors (Notoatmodjo 2010 in Lestari 2020). School Health Efforts (UKS) are implemented to achieve the expected goals, namely clean and healthy living behaviors of students, but seeing the conditions after the implementation observation is still not optimal, there has been no good implementation planning from the school to create a high level of student health (Nasution, 2020). The purpose of the study was to determine the characteristics of respondents to the implementation of school health efforts (UKS), healthy living behavior, implementation of school health efforts (UKS), the relationship between school health efforts (UKS) and clean and healthy living behaviors, the type of research used was quantitative research. The sample in the study was some students of SDN 1 Gardu Harapan Musi Banyuasin. The amount is 54 students, The results of the study Frequency distribution of age show that respondents aged 12 years are 24 (44.4%) students, frequency distribution of gender shows that female respondents are 30 (55.6), Frequency distribution of elementary school classes shows that respondents in grade 6 are 24 (44.4) students, Frequency distribution of PHBS activities shows that respondents who implement PHBS are sufficient are 27 (50%) students, Frequency distribution of PHBS activities shows that respondents who implement UKS are sufficient are 26 (48.1) students, PHBS activities show that respondents who implement PHBS are sufficient to the implementation of UKS are 21 students, with a p value of 0.000 it is concluded that there is a relationship between PHBS behavior and the implementation of UKS, suggestions for future researchers are expected to be used as consideration and input for further researchers who discuss the relationship between the implementation of school health efforts (UKS) and clean and healthy living behavior at SDN 1 Gardu Harapan Musi Banyuasin.
