Faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan Penurunan Tinggi Fundus Uteri pada ibu post partum

Uterine involution is the process of the uterus returning after the baby is born so that it reaches its pre-pregnancy state. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with a decrease in the height of the uterine fundus in postpartum mothers. Method This research method uses a correlational analytical research design. The sampling technique with total sampling where the number of research samples was 30 respondents. Data collection tools used observation, questionnaires and measuring tapes to measure the height of the uterine fundus (TFU) with direct measurements to respondents then recorded on the observation sheet. The research analysis used two methods, namely univariate and bivariate. Results Age, of the 30 respondents, most were 20-35 years old with an ideal category of 28 respondents (93.3%) and respondents with age <20 years in the non-ideal category were 2 respondents (6.7%). Parity, that from the total of 30 respondents, most of the postpartum mothers' parity has 1-3 children with the ideal category as many as 29 respondents (96.7%) respondents with Parity > 3 children with the non-ideal category as many as 1 respondent (3.3%). IMD, from the total of 30 respondents, most of the postpartum mothers did Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) as many as 25 respondents (83.3%) and postpartum mothers who did not do Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) as many as 5 respondents (16.7%). Uterine Fundus Height, from the total of 30 respondents, there were 26 respondents (86.7%) with normal Uterine Fundus Height and 4 respondents with abnormal uterine fundus height (13.3%).
