The complications of HEG are the complications for mothers and fetuses, such as: nausea, vomiting which can cause disturbances in fetal development, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy, premature birth, and the birth of a low baby weight. The sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique with secondary data taken from medical record data. The collection tool was a checklist. The data were analyzed using the Chi Square test.  The results of this study revealed that there was no relationship between age and the incidence of (HEG) (p value of 0.529), there was a relationship between parity and Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HEG) (p value of 0,038 and there was no relationship between education and Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HEG) (p value of 0,506). It is recommended that efforts be made by midwives to identify factors that play a role in the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HEG) so that preventive measures, early detection, and more optimal treatment can be carried out for pregnant women who are at risk of experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HEG), especially pregnant women in the period of the 1st trimester to the 2nd trimester.
