Analisis Faktor Hubungan Promosi Kesehatan dan Peran Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Kejadian Anemia Pada Ibu Hamil

Abstrak

Pregnancy is an important period in a woman's life, but it can develop into a risky condition that threatens the safety of both the mother and the fetus. One such risk is anemia in mothers during pregnancy, which is one of the contributors to maternal mortality and infant mortality. Therefore, optimal antenatal care is necessary to prevent anemia and minimize complications during pregnancy. This study aims to determine the relationship between health promotion and the role of health workers on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. This study uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study consists of all pregnant women who visited the PMB Ellna area in 2025. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using primary data. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between health promotion (p=0.0013) and the role of health workers (p=0.006) on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between health promotion and the role of health workers on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at PMB Ellna in Palembang City. It is hoped that this study will serve as a reference source for the prevention of anemia in pregnant women and for conducting more in-depth research on health promotion and its impact on the incidence of anemia.
