areas. Factors influencing the occurrence of early marriage include knowledge, economic conditions, and premarital sexual behavior. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with early marriage in Lubuk Bintialo Village, Batang Hari Leko Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency, in 2025. This research was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of reproductive age couplesin Lubuk Bintialo Village, with a sample of 76 respondents selected using total sampling technique. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that most respondents had experienced early marriage (51%). Respondents with low knowledge were 39 people (51.3%), those with low economic status were 42 people (55.3%), and those with premarital sexual behavior were 40 people (52.6%). The statistical test results indicated a significant relationship between knowledge and early marriage (p=0.001), economic condition and early marriage (p=0.001), as well as premarital sexual behavior and early marriage (p=0.005). This proves that these three variables significantly contribute to the high prevalence of early marriage in Lubuk Bintialo Village. It is expected that village authorities, schools, and health workers will strengthen reproductive health education programs, improve access to education, and optimize efforts to prevent premarital sexual behavior. Furthermore, interventions for families with low economic status are also necessary to reduce the incidence of early marriage in rural communities
