Adolescent sexual and reproductive health is an important public health issue because adolescents are in a transitional stage of development that is vulnerable to various problems such as unplanned pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and risky sexual behavior. One factor contributing to these problems is limited access to accurate sexual and reproductive health information, which is influenced by social stigma, cultural norms, and limited youth-friendly health services. The development of digital technology has opened up opportunities for the use of digital-based interventions as a more accessible and youth-friendly medium for health education. The study aims to review the scientific evidence regarding the effectiveness of digital interventions on adolescent sexual and reproductive health using a literature review approach. The articles were search utilized the PubMed, Scopus, and EBSCOhost databases. The selected articles were studies published between 2021 and 2026. The articles obtained were then selected based on inclusion criteria, resulting in ten articles for analysis. The review results showed that digital interventions were generally able to improve adolescents' knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy regarding sexual and reproductive health. However, the effect on behavioral change still showed varying results. These findings indicate that digital interventions have the potential as an innovative strategy in supporting the improvement of adolescent sexual and reproductive health.
