Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability of the HRD Pintar application in managing human resources for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the Cognitive Walkthrough approach. Usability testing methods were employed to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and user comfort in accessing key features such as employee data management, attendance, leave, and payroll. The findings indicate that the HRD Pintar application provides adequate solutions for MSMEs in fulfilling digital human resource management needs. However, several weaknesses in the user interface and data input validation were identified, impacting workflow efficiency. This study offers recommendations for developers to improve the application’s quality by refining features and simplifying navigation.
