Kepada Bapak/Ibu Penulis dan Mitra Bestari,

Sehubungan dengan ditemukannya sejumlah akun tidak valid pada sistem, KSITK telah melakukan penyesuaian keamanan pada OJS. Oleh karena itu, apabila akun mengalami kendala “salah password”, dipersilakan melakukan reset password melalui menu Forgot Password.

Sistem OJS kini telah mengirimkan notifikasi email secara normal. Prosedur reset password adalah sebagai berikut:

  1. Klik menu Forgot Password pada halaman login OJS.

  2. Sistem akan mengirimkan email berisi tautan untuk proses reset.

  3. Klik tautan tersebut untuk masuk ke halaman OJS.

  4. Setelah berhasil masuk ke OJS, klik Reset Password pada halaman yang muncul.

  5. Sistem akan mengirimkan email kedua berisi password baru.

  6. Setelah login menggunakan password tersebut, password dapat diganti sesuai kebutuhan.

**Announcement  OJS Account Password Reset**

To Authors and Reviewers,

Following the identification of several invalid accounts in the system, KSITK has implemented a security adjustment on the OJS platform. Therefore, if the account encounters an “incorrect password” message, please proceed with a password reset through the Forgot Password option.

Email notifications from OJS are now functioning normally. The password reset procedure is as follows:

  1. Click the Forgot Password option on the OJS login page.

  2. The system will send an email containing a password-reset link.

  3. Click the link to access the OJS page.

  4. Once the OJS page opens, click the Reset Password button displayed.

  5. The system will send a second email containing the new password.

  6. After logging in using the new password, it may be changed according to your preference.
