Introduction
The National Seminar on Management organized by Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas has been conducted as a periodic academic forum aimed at facilitating scholarly exchange in the fields of management, finance, accounting, and business studies. The continuity of this seminar is reflected in the publication of multiple proceedings volumes across different years, demonstrating a sustained commitment to academic dissemination and research development.
Since its initial implementation in 2023, the seminar has resulted in formally published proceedings volumes registered with ISBNs and managed under a structured editorial process. The first and second volumes published in 2023 addressed the theme “Managing Business Sustainability in a Changing Global Economic Landscape”, highlighting strategic responses to global economic challenges and business resilience. These volumes marked the foundation of the seminar series and established its academic orientation.
In 2024, the seminar was continued under the title “Innovation in Finance: Unleashing Growth Opportunities in a Dynamic Company Landscape”, reflecting a thematic progression toward financial innovation, organizational growth, and strategic adaptation in dynamic business environments. This development illustrates an evolving scholarly focus aligned with contemporary issues in management and finance.
The proceedings archived on this OJS platform compile selected papers that have undergone editorial screening and review in accordance with academic standards. Each volume serves as a documented outcome of the seminar and contributes to the dissemination of empirical findings, conceptual discussions, and applied research within the national academic community.
Through the consistent organization of this seminar and the systematic publication of its proceedings, Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas supports knowledge sharing, research visibility, and the strengthening of academic discourse in management and related disciplines.
