The New Student Admission (PMB) is an annual agenda conducted by both public and private universities. The PMB website of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (pmb.uigm.ac.id) serves as the primary platform for providing enrollment information to prospective students. Evaluating its effectiveness is crucial to ensure optimal service and to understand the correlation between Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefits aspects, using the Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit Model. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed based on the HOT-Fit methodology to obtain valid and representative results. The analysis reveals that the effectiveness level of the PMB website is generally good, yet continuous improvement is necessary for enhanced performance. Several factors significantly influence the website's effectiveness, including service quality (T-statistic = 2.59), user satisfaction (T-statistic = 4.65), system use (T-statistic = 6.88), information quality (T-statistic = 3.64), organizational structure (T-statistic = 2.99), and system quality (T-statistic = 6.15). These values indicate that each variable contributes positively and significantly to the overall effectiveness. Therefore, recommendations for improvement should prioritize enhancing service quality, information delivery, and system usability, alongside strengthening organizational support and user satisfaction to maximize the website's benefits in supporting new student admissions.
