The ePanjo application is an application that is implemented at the Darma Bakti Nursing Home. The ePanjo application has features of Dashboard, Master Data (Employees, Elderly, Donors, Food Menu), Care, Mutation, Visits, Donations (Goods, Money), Dues and Users used in the management of nursing homes. The ePanjo application is used by users such as nursing home leaders, nurses, administration and finance departments. Changes in user behavior from conventional to computerized methods are an obstacle for nursing home managers such as users who enter the wrong data, do not know the location of the features in the application, are not accustomed to using the application. This happens because many users are not familiar with computers even though the application is equipped with a manual book. To be able to see the success of implementing this application, the HOT FIT (Human, Organization and Technology) method is used. This method provides a comprehensive framework for assessing the compatibility and performance of computer applications in an organizational environment with assessment variables are human (user), organization and technology against the benefits of its use. All aspects and indicators for the implementation of the e-Panjo application using the HOT-Fit method get an average score of 4.00 and the achievement of 80.00% implementation so that it falls into the “very good” implementation level category.
