This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction Telkomsel provider Palembang city. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling which is a type of non-probability sample. The number of samples used is 100 respondents who are Telkomsel provider users who have used Telkomsel providers for 3 months and are aged between 16-24 years. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's provider in Palembang.
